Five days before the simulations’ public launch, iRacing.com has added a new track to their lineup of racing venues as iRacing.com customers can now race on the Bristol Motor Speedway.
Officially licensed from Speedway Motorsports, the virtual Bristol tries to bring all the excitement of one of NASCAR’s trademark tracks to iRacing.
Despite being just over half a mile in length, the track accomodates 160,000 spectators, creating a stadium-like atmosphere when 43 NASCAR cup cars go racing on the concrete track. The track is now available for the iRacing.com customers to be purchased, those of you that aren’t part of iRacing yet will only have to wait until the public launch on August 26th.
