The Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be added to the lineup of available tracks in iRacing.com’s service, bringing another NASCAR venue to the online racing simulation.
Located in Clark County just outside Las Vegas, the LVMS is a 1.5 mile D-shaped oval, the track is used by all three top NASCAR divisions and has hosted open-wheel and sports car racing in the past.
The track will be available later this month, including two oval and three road course configurations.

Another track that costs the same as the price of an entire PC sim? Joy, joy.

Sarcasm aside, the one area of iRacing that’s far superior to any other sim is the track modeling. The geometry and surfacing mapping are damn near perfect.
Still a steep price, though.
