Over the next few weeks, thousands of members will join the service, all of them have been invited by the beta test team or by registering on the iRacing.com website.

During the next months, more waves of invitations will be sent out. Want to make sure you´ll be part of the next round? Then register on iRacing.com and soon you´ll be able to join the fun.

In related news, iRacing has also announced the addition of another circuit. The Sebring International Raceway, site of the legendary Sebring 12hr race, will be added to iRacing’s track lineup in the near future. The historical airfield circuit adds another milestone to iRacing’s fine selection of North American circuits.

LOL they are moaning already. A lot of them want to take out a years subscription because it works out cheaper, the problem is though is that they have to pay for a $20 one month subscription to be able to get the years subscription.

As one iracer says ” I cant believe that it was anything other than a deliberate ploy.
    WAAAAAHH!
    $Racing…..

The 200 iRacing fanboys are welcome to their overpriced elitist sim!

I wouldn’t mind the monthly fee as I already pay one for WoW and Age of Conan, but I do mind everything costing money. Want a new car? Give us some money! Want a new track? Monneh! Just makes this whole game seem like the creators realized that it’s no good, and now they’re just trying to make back as much as money as possible.

that is ridiculous, your critics are pointless is not your money

You haters are pathetic. Go back to your mom’s basement and try and save your pennies, pesos or whatever form of currency your country has and when you have enough please spend it on some crap like GRID and leave real sim racing to those who truly love it for what its suppose to be about. Realism. If all you have to complan about is cost you are the ones iRacing was trying to keep out in the first place. Those who are serious will pay..those who aren’t complain. Thanks for proving the point losers.

Congrats to the Iracing team… You sneakily gained over $7000 more by your scam to make invitees pay for a $20 initial month before they can “save” cash with a year’s subscription!

What’s funny in my eyes that this initial $20 first month was never brought up officially in advance by the company, yet the invitees could not help themselves but pay up without kicking up a fuss!

Please e-mail the list of subscribers so that I can make money quick from people who on the face if it seem as though they have more money than sense… :p

Congratulations for proving that you are a member of the most snooty, snobbish racing community on this planet. Trust me mate, a lot of us do not want to waste our time rubbing shoulders with you smug superior types who think that you are special just because you choose to pay a ridiculous amount of money to play a race sim.
Cant wait until the novelty wears off and Kaemmer/First/iracing and co are left with egg on their face.

Here’s you invitation. Some guys are coming over to collect our money……

Mr. anonymous:  So iRacing dont want money from people who are not serious? What kind of business plan is that?

I see most of iRacings tracks and cars are US-based, but after reading more about it I am inclined to thing iRacing is in fact located in Nigeria. Expect dodgy mails where you can buy mint condition GT40`s for 1 dollar, you only have to deposit 100.000$ first, so they know you are serious.

I really don’t care about the $7. I’ve wasted more than that at Wendy’s and left with an angry feeling stomach. Everything is so good, I always have full grids of clean racers who love the sim to race against so it makes no difference to me what everyone outside the sim says or thinks. Yes it is a lot of money, but it is a hell of a lot more worth it than lots of other things I’ve spent money on.

    Crazy Bored.

If the price of iRacing is “right-er than it seems” as you put it, then why does your post on RSC make it appear that you are trying to justify paying the “not very expensive” amount of money for it.
Methinks your having 2nd thoughts about the outlay for iRentals sim.

    Go on, admit it,!!!
(Never mind, you wont be the only one.)
