iRacing.com – Thompson Speedway & Modified Available

iRacing.com has released two new content items for oval racing fans, adding the Thompson International Speedway and the NASCAR Tour Modified car to their online racing simulation.

While the Thompson International Speedway is free for all iRacing subscribers, the Tour Modified is free for all owners of the SK Modified. If you buy the new Tour Modified, you´ll receive the SK Modified in return.

Opened in 1940, the 5/8th mile paved oval racetrack is located in Thompson, Connecticut. The track is known as the Indianapolis of the East and was the first asphalt-paved race track in the US. The track hosts a variety of smaller series, including the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.
