I can’t wait to be able to run a 12h or Bathurst race with driver swaps, dynamic daylight, and 5 classes :)

Anyone know whats going on with Long beach? I know they were working on it in 2011, but I haven’t seen anything else about it since.

Seems to have been pushed back again, thanks to Bathurst, Interlagos, and Montreal.

Funny part is that outside Australia and Simfanatics’ world no one knows about Bathrust Long Beach is way more known. Doubting? Ask any “casual” F1 or Nascar fan!

With GT3, Bathurst has been gaining prestige among endurance racing fans. You had teams like Erberus and AF Corse competing this year, as well as Radio Le Mans covering the race.

But popularity isn’t the only thing stopping Long Beach, it’s the extra work that track needs beyond any other new track. As much as I’m looking forward to LB, I don’t expect it as long as there are any other non-club road circuits being signed.
