iRacing.com – First Mclaren MP4-12C GT3 Video

Following yesterday’s screenshots, iRacing has now released first moving footage of the Mclaren MP4-12C GT3 car.

The video shows a bunch of M4-12Cs racing at Zolder as iRacing is working to finish the car behind the scenes.

Powered by a 3.8 liter V8 bi-turbo engine, the MP4-12C is build to the FIA GT3 regulations based on the MP4-12C road car. The car made its competition debut in the British GT Championship last year and went on to compete in various events, including the Spa 24 Hours race.

    who ever edited this video, has the worst taste in music. That did not go together.

    “A few important notes – this car will most likely not be out in time for the next build.
    This video is a work in progress. Many features of the car are not complete at this time.
    The sound is a place-holder and we used the Daytona Prototype as we just gathered sound last week in England and it is still being processed.
    Finally, the shadows were not operable on the build we used to get the footage.
    Most importantly… enjoy the preview! :)
