Team HistorX has released two new previews of their Historic GT & Touring Car 2.0 mod for rFactor, showing us the cockpit of the Aston Martin DB4 Zagato.
The team is making steady progress with their ambitious project as new cars, sounds and physics are added steadily so expect more exciting previews soon.
Using GT Legends as a base, the Historic GT & Touring Car mod for rFactor proved to be one of the most popular releases for the simulation. The second version of the mod will be bringing many popular racing cars from the past to rFactor, inlcuding the Ferrari 330, the Porsche 904, the Aston Martin DB4 and many others.

Dark videos, screenshots… will it be launched before starcraft2 or duke nukem forever?
The last version was launched in mid year of 2008 with some issues but no more patch on it ! great mod but project crew has launched nothing since 2 years. So please, no more previews without a good news !

Oh, yes you are right. Stupid me!
We do this mod 24/7 and get paid endless amounts of money just to provide you guys out there with something to play with and all we do is hope for useless remarks…
Too bad our creative director started to persue his true passion and therefore we are just a little behind schedule. The financial resources somehow disappear in outer space: http://www.armadilloaerospace.com/n.x/Armadillo/Home/Business/About
Maybe you should think about the fact that we create new sounds, physics, AI, skins structure of the mod for well over 50!!!
yes 50
vehicles plus the targa versions…
and since we decided to release it as a one-download-install, you unfortunately have to wait a little, everyone involved feels sorry for that…

Of course it is a lot work ! I think so !
50 vehicles it is a lot, creation is a step, support is another one, will you patch it after the release, will you support it? as some bugs on 1.01 where never patched, let me have a doubt on it !
What I want to say is that those previews show you are working on it but we are still playing with buggy 1.01 :( some patches seems to be easy to do !
