GTR Evolution – BMW M3 Challenge Released

The four road-going sports cars available in GTR Evolution are now enriched by the new BMW M3 E92 as RMi has converted the free BMW M3 Challenge to Simbin’s newest simulation.

The mods brings the V8-powered BMW M3 to the game including working dirt on windscreen, driver animations and more.

    we have never released a car/skin pack, and never will :|

    it is allowed where it is posted. We have many conversions of SimBim/10T to Simbin platform. There is no problem with the companies in regard to our release of this, and our past conversions ( from Race07 to GTR2 ).

    Anyone thats got this to work could you tell me where you pointed the installer,as I dont have the files it says to put it to,I’m running steam on line version
    I can find my race 07 folder and the game data in that but tried in both to no effect ?
    I have no folder that says gtr evolution,but both race and evo seem to work fine
    HELP PLS !!!

    So morning_wood lemme break it down for you.
    once upon a time there was Simbin,.and we were in racing heaven with amazing works such as GTR, GT-L, GTR2. Then,..disaster.
    Simbin split,.and a hefty# of the core went with a new 10/t startup called BlimeyGames. checking the Simbin site will show no reference to M3Challenge,..however,.the BlimeyGames site,..I think you get where im headed here..
    So in conclusion,..those who harbor feelings about this incident,.will see this as another anonymous poster of this thread who said; “Wow,.Blimeys work on Simbins new game,..Pow, right in the kisser!”
    Im sure Blimey has no care in this world for your warcrime,..its your hardcore fanbase you should worry about. Bet you never saw a negative comment before this thread:wink:

    @Anonymous guys.

    If you’d still have been in M3 Challenge you’d know there’s no online lobby anymore because 10tacle is dead. You can’t play M3 Challenge online anymore. In fact M3 Challenge is bleeding dead. Also BMW paid for Blimey to make this game. The game is free, anyone can get it.

    The only thing RMI does is bringing M3 challenge back some of it’s glory. And well it’s fits quite well in Evo. Evo has more street models.

    But because M3 Challenge is free, there shouldn’t be much problems if it’s converted. Look if GTL or GTR2 will be converted to Evo, I think there surely should be a cd-check. But in this case… Well M3 Challenge is dead because there’s no lobby, when there still was a lobby there were only wreckers, M3 challenge is free.

    Enough reasons to make it go Evo.

    All the people who are saying that RMi just rip from platform to platform are wrong…

    THey don’t do shoddy conversions that are only found on black list sites.
    The amount of work they put into their mods is amazing, there is alot of work that goes into converting in the first place, but they take it to the next level modding, converting and updating the mod to a higher level….

    The only reason you guys are saying shit is because Simbin complained about their commersial games being converted, but when it comes to a free game, it is perfectly legal as there are no copyright infringments until the owner of the models complains about it.

    So everyone who is to scared to show their name and post as anonymous…Shut up and drive :cool:
