Grand Prix Legends 1969 Mod – Previews

Charles Mark, Paul Skingley, Remy Roesz, Tommie van Ostade and Stuart Bartosiak are working on an improved version of the 1969 F1 season mod for Grand Prix Legends, pushing the limits of the legendary simulaton even further.

The mod includes all cars of the 1969 F1 season in different, track-specific configurations for all tracks of the 1969 season. A full list of all teams can be found below, you might have to click “Read More” to see it.

The mod is already quite progressed as the team is currently busy testing the physics of the mod that are made to match the real-life lap times of the 1969 season. If you´re a F1 fanatic, this very detailed mod will be the best reason to dust off that old GPL CD once again.

slot 1 – Brabham BT26A with 3 graphic car options
slot 2 – BRM P126, P138 and P139 with 6 graphic car options
slot 3 – Lotus 63 with 2 graphic car options
slot 4 – Mclaren M7 A,B,and C with 9 graphic car options
slot 5 – Ferrari 312 with 7 graphic car options
slot 6 – Lotus 49B with 5 graphic car options
slot 7 – Matra MS80 with 5 graphic car options
slot 8 – Lotus 49 with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Attwood at Monaco )
slot 9 – Matra MS10 with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Stewart and Beltoise at Kyalami )
slot 10 – Matra MS84 with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Beltoise and Servose-Gavin )
slot 11 – Brabham BT20 with 1 graphic car option ( driven by DeKlerk at Kyalami )
slot 12 – Brabham BT24 with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Tingle at Kyalami )
slot 13 – Cooper T86B with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Elford at Monaco )
slot 14 – Eagle AAR 101 with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Pease at Mosport )
slot 15 – Mclaren M9A with 1 graphic car option ( driven by Bell at Silverstone )

If they are true to their word and really worried about their product iracing should be going after this.

Looks stunning, can’t wait for release.

Still got GPL installed and race it every once and while and it’s still the most fun you can have a computer and plastic steering wheel.

Fuji Speedway by Virtua_LM – New Previews

Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. Audi R15 TDI for GTR2 1.0 – Released

Alless has released his Audi R15 TDI for GTR2, adding Audi's current Le Mans Prototype challenger to the simulation. F1 2010 – First Previews & Infos

Even though Codemasters announced that their Formula One 2010 game will be revealed to the media on March 17th, first details have now been disclosed via the Official Xbox Magazine.
