PiBiSo has released a first alpha version of their GP Bikes simulation today. The alpha 1.0 lets you try one bike on a fantasy track. If you like the first impression, more alpha content is available for 20€, expanding the game to several tracks and bikes as well as multiplayer.

No, they just labeled that stuff in a confusing way. The alpha (the .exe I linked too) is free. It contains one bike and one track.
For $20, you can buy a full version alpha which has more bikes, tracks and multiplayer. As I understand it, you´ll get the upcoming updates too…so you´re not just paying for the alpha but also for all comming stuff.
The basic one bike alpha is completely free though…
