Following the impressive Interlagos preview video, Reiza Studios have released new gameplay footage of their Game Stock Car title.
The new video shows off a lap around Velopark, a new Brazilian race track that was opened in 2010. Like most tracks the Stock Car Brazil series uses, Velopark will be an unkown venue for most European and North American sim racers.
Like the titles from Simbin & 2PEZ Games, Game Stock Car uses ISIβs trusted gMotor 2 engine. The title will include 34 V8-powered cars that can be driven on 12 Brazilian tracks. A release date for the title is not yet available.
Launched in 1979, Stock Car Brasil is Brazilβs major auto racing series. Currently backed by two manufacturers, Chevrolet and Peugeot, the series uses V8-powered race cars that reach top speeds of up to 270kph. The series has featured numerous popular Brazilian drivers including Christian Fittipaldi, Raul Boesel, Ricardo Zonta & Luciano Burti.
