Forza Motorsport 3 – Ultimate Collection Announced

Turn 10 has announced that an Ultimate Collection edition of their Forza Motorsport 3 driving title for Xbox 360 is due to hit the shelves later this month.

Aside from all the content of the original Forza Motorsport 3 release, the Ultimate Collection includes all past DLC content, including over 90 new cars and the Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit.

Furthermore, the Ultimate Collection comes with seven all new car models:

- Lancia 037 Stradale
- Jaguar D-Type
- Plymouth Cuda
- Audi R8 5.2 FSI Quattro
- Audi TT RS Coupe
- Audi R15 TDI
- Porsche 550A Spyder

Adding to that, buyers of the Ultimate Collection will also get access to three cars from “Stig’s Garage Car Pack” as Turn 10 has recently announced a partnership with BBC’s popular Top Gear programme.

- Lexus LFA
- Koenigsegg CCX
- Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG

Buyers of the Ultimate Collection will also be able to download an exclusive 90-minute collection of Top Gear material, the new version will be available in late October in the US, Canada, UK & Germany.

    Stupid fuckers. Hear me out.

    I got forza 3 for christmas…the collectors edition…a few months after it came out. People were praising the game. So I played it for a bit…mainly for the NASCAR part of online, which, TBH, was really good despite only having three tracks. Needless to say, there was a good oval racing community. But of course, with the money I’d saved up from my job, I spent some cash on all the DLC that came out for it up till march or april. I wanted to go road racing.

    Then I ran into three problems.

    1. Out of the 600+ cars in Forza 3, TWO OF THEM are useful online. The Audi S4 and the 06 Dodge Viper. AWD Swap, max out the upgrades, and go online. You want to use any other car? Too bad. And that great oval racing community? Yeah, for the rest of online, it’s like inviting all your little brother’s friends over and playing with them. Everyone runs with assists. It becomes Need for Speed-like. You get wrecked. Little kids scream over the mic. Anime Porn and Dale Earnhardt liveries everywhere. Yes, I did find some good racers, but they were few and far between. Also, public lobbies???? What public lobbies?…….?

    2. You don’t make enough money. Want to build up a garage full of cars? Hope you like sitting in front of your xbox 24/7.

    and now, four months later.

    I don’t know what is inside T10 brain. What the hell they’ve done with Forza 3 ? The game didn’t last a lot for me. I get bored fast when I play it. I spend hours and hours trying to make money just to buy a cool car. They really ruined the series very badly. Now they should reboot it again.

    As for the countless attractive DLCs, I test all the cars with their crap cockpit view in less than a hour and turn the game off.

    Oh wait, and GT5 is coming out .. who the hell is gonna buy this Ultimate Edition?
