Because it's in-game it's completely legal, and no it's not very ethical of them. Regarding the SUV's I'm in the same bag as the people living in RL, doesn't matter what it is as long as it's got wheels. imho, I think it takes far more skill to set a flying lap in an SUV than it takes in a formula racer. One more thing, I'm willing to bet the range rover is just as flip-happy as the real thing in Forza 3, exactly why they included it in the first place.
