While the Gran Turismo community is still playing guessing games on the release date of the Playstation 3 racer, the Xbox 360 competition at Turn 10 is far more advanced as the development of Forza Motorsport 3 has been finished.
Turn 10 community-manager Che Chou has confirmed that the master version of the title has been submitted to Microsoft to undergo the certification process. To celebrate the occasion, five new screenshots have been released, showing the BMW M3 E46 GTR, the Ferrari F430 and several other cars.
Forza Motorsport 3 will bring over 400 cars and 100 tracks to the Xbox 360, the third installment of the Forza series will be released in October.

I like the way you can spot the artefacts around the edges where it’s been photoshopped to death.

I can see them using some models from Forza 2 with minimal improvement like the Ferrari F430 and probably many more cars.

So is this the game where only some of the cars take full damage while others take some damage and others take less damage?
I’m kidding, I just want more than 8 cars on the track already.

I kind a like all racing games.. cuz I love cars.. but forza for me is some kind like a devil.. it is cool but still im not caling it a sim.. lets call it an tipical american sim for people who like liveries, colors and arcade driving..
but its kinda cool to have so many racing games around.. maybe when forza will get how driving sims should work, i will drive it!

This was found in the news story right below this one so don’t think I actually went through some great amount of trouble looking for it. I’m far too lazy for that. Anyway enjoy!
