horris2: No,they are over 40 real world tracks!!!!!!!! They are 19 locations each location has variations. short variation and long variation etc.

I understand theirs 40 tracks!! But many people who loves motorsport races the entire track!! not half of a track!! and theirs only 19 full tracks!!

Actually GT5 has 20 locations and over 70 tracks as confirmed by Yamauchi-kun. Though nobody knows if that includes fantasy tracks or not.

Madkart94: why do people who complain for not having enough real tracks are considered idiots?? pfft whatever.. i think you don’t know the word “Simulator”!!! hey i understand if 20 tracks out of 135 are fantasy cause almost all the games have fantasy tracks but 115 out 135!!!! thats pathetic!!! people who love the world of motorsport race with real cars in real life tracks!!! who the hell wants to race with the V8 Supercars on ‘Camino Viejo de Montserra’?? not me !! if no Australian tracks are coming then why put V8 Supercars?? if they have put in Bathurst then that would make a big difference cause thats the greatest event of the Championship!! they put Nascarsand the only REAL oval track was Twin Ring Motegi in which it is located in JAPAN and Nascars don’t race in that track!??? that doesn’t even make sence!!!! i hope they give the Nascar license to Gran Turismo cause in GT5, Daytona, Indianapolis and more REAL tracks are coming!!!!

don’t like the track selection.. and they are missing couple of great cars.. the only good thing is the livery editor..

Yeah I don’t get the complaints over the lack of real tracks either. The cars won’t handle any differently sure. But when you don’t have to worry about run off areas and such, they can decorate the area around the track more to their liking. It’s not like the cars are gonna handle differently, and they’re not trying to re-enact any particular series anyway.

Oh btw Madkart94, GT5 does hold the NASCAR license afaik, so they’re taking care of that. Forza’s just got the cars for the fun of it.

Pretty cool cars but the tracks…SUCK!!!!!! 135 tracks an like 20 are real and the rest are fantasy!!!:haha: that is awful!!! They also missed a couple of cars like the BMW Z4 Race Car, the Murcielago Gt1 Race Car, the Manthey Porsche!! :S!! Tracks like Spa-Francochamps, Bathurst, Daytona Race Course, Monza and many, many more!! this game is gonna be a HUGE FAIL!!!!!!!! :haha:

There’s some good looking stuff in there. Oh and since the demo’s out on XBL, I gave it a quick go, and… Well, love at first sight, yes, but I’m sure it’ll last, so I’ve just put an order through on Amazon. Can’t wait! :D
