rFactor Series has released their Formula Nippon 2008 mod, adding another top-class open wheel series to rFactor.
The mod includes all cars and drivers of the 2008 Formula Nippon series, Japan’s most popular open wheel racing series. Furterhmore, RealFeel & controller settings as well as matching templates are included.
Using Lola-build cars powered by Honda & Toyota engines, Formula Nippon features some of Japan’s most talented racers as well as international drivers such as Andre Lotterer, Loic Duval or Benoit Treluyer.

Very very nice ! Looks good, sounds good and feels good. This mod ticks all the boxes. Lovely looking cars (superb paint jobs guys), great backfire look too.
Maybe its just me and by initial perceptions, and this might be wierd to say, but when the car bounces over kerbs on hits bumps, it actually looks like its on air filled rubber tyres. Does that make sense or do I increase my medication ? :)
1 gripe if I may be permitted… Dont like the T-Cam view. Its pointing way too low and looks wierd. Any way we can get a better angle ?
Sometimes I like to drive from that view. Today its all been cockpit view though and I like it.
Quality.
