The video below shows the pit stop of an Audi R8 LMS GT3 car as the animated crew takes car of the car.

Gran Turismo Sport will feature 130+ cars, all of which have been built from the ground up as the studio is ditching their controversial standard-car practice of past GT titles.

Furthermore, GT Sport will also 19 different tracks, among them Nürburgring Nordschleife, Brands Hatch, Willow Springs and the new Tokyo Expressway have been confirmed.

Aside from supporting 4K resolution and HDR, GT Sport will also offer limited Playstation VR compatibility thanks to a “VR tour” mode.

The title will be exclusively available for the Playstation 4, Gran Turismo Sport will be released some time in 2017 after the original release date of late 2016 has been called off.

    pretty cool!

huh it is a cut scene then? what the heck…

Why is the lolipop guy running from the back of the car after the car’s already stopped?

Doesn’t look like any pit stop I’ve ever seen. No fuel and tires simultaneously, and 4 air guns with 8 crew guys on the tires? What series does that? None that I can think of.

    • Auto Driveaway

On the fuel & tires simultaneously part, most(?) sports car racing racing series you cannot change tires until the fueling is done (see pit stops at Daytona or Sebring for example).

      • StuartBecktell

They don’t allow this many people over the wall though for pit stops.

      • Bakkster

Correct, most series split fuel and tires (though not IMSA at the 24h of Daytona and 12h of Sebring, they allow fuel and tires simultaneously).

I can’t think of any GT3 series that allow four air guns, though. And that’s my point, the only series that allow four air guns and 8+ crew members I can think of (DTM, F1) aren’t refueling at all.

Not that they can’t run their own pit stop rules, but when you add the awkward lollipop guy it all looks weird.
