Excellent news. Well done Codemasters. Putting your money where your mouth is like that makes me think this version could be something special after all.

That was unexpected after that GRID 2 thing, it’s a pleasant surprise. Definitely going to try the demo out :)

Will the demo be out on the 14th in the US too? Wondering because we get the game before Europe.

Oh well, at least we get a chance to see if all the hype is justified for once, a positive decision which should be congratulated if nothing else.

Excellent. I really enjoyed F12011 so its a definite purchase anyway. Was a really fun game if you took it for what it was. Yes its not a hardcore sim like all the moaners complain about in the comments section, but it was really enjoyable to play with my friends online. Bridged the gap between arcade and sim perfectly. Codies always seem to get that balance right imo.

I hope for their sake that they’ve improved the force feedback, If Jeremy Clarkson was reviewing it I could imagine him comparing 2011′s FFB to arm wrestling a Parkinson’s sufferer

Demo or no demo, sadly because i love F1 so much, i will buy it even if it’s crap. Sad but true

Ah nice. This way we can test if this one is as buggy as the previous 2 so I won’t waste my money…
