F1 1992 by F1-S-R – Minardi Video Trailer

F1-S-R have released a new video trailer of their upcoming Formula One 1992 mod for rFactor, showing the mod’s Minardi M192 in action at Monza.

Powered by a rather exotic Lamborghini V12 engine, the Minardi M912 was driven by Gianni Morbidelli, Alessandro Zanardi & Christiano Fittipaldi. The team scored a single point during the 1992 season when Fittipaldi managed to finish sixth in the Japanese Grand Prix.

1992 saw Williams Nigel Mansell clinch his first and only World Championship title, followed by team mate Ricardo Patrese. The year 1992 is remarkable for another reason as a young German named Michael Schumacher contested his first complete season in 1992, finishing third in the championship and clinching his first win at Spa Francorchamps.
