Team SRM has released new previews of their Formula One 1990 season project for rFactor. The six new previews show us the Ferrari 641, including a shot of the car’s cockpit.
1990 was a rather exciting year in F1 as Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost went head to head for the title. The championship bid was decided at Suzuka, following a controversial incident on the very first lap.

iRacing has released first screenshots of Brands Hatch, the second European track to make it into their online racing simulation. The car looks brilliant fella’s
Details and texturing are great. But there is one gripe. Would it not be possible to make the shifter in teh cockpit 3D? Or is that still on a list of ‘things to do’

About the 3D shifter : I’m not sure, but wasn’t the 1990 Ferrari one of the first car to use Shift Paddle ?

Yes, The texture are of high-level, the details have been taken care of by me, reproducing the similar details as in the reality.. The shift in 2D that you see in the cockpit, is not for changing the gears, the Ferrari had her behind the steering wheel..(Sequential Gears).
In the other cars, the manual shifter, is in 3d!
