With 1985 and 1988 already available for rFactor, f1seventies and cherry are adding another season of 80ies Formula One racing by working on the 1989 F1 season.
Originally made for F1 Challenge, the models are now making their way into rFactor. The mod will include all cars and drivers of the 1989 season including changing wing configurations, new physics, sounds and more.Below is the first preview video, showing the Ferrari 640 in action.

Back in December, a new simulation software studio opened its doors as Reiza Studios officially picked up business. Now, the studio has revealed their first project, announcing the Formula Armaroli race car for rFactor. Made in co-operation with Armaroli Simulators, the Formula Armaroli car is a fictional open-wheel race car modelled after 80s Formula One machinery. Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Great that Cherry rewoked the permission to MMG!
This is no attack towards MMG, but I sincerly don’t think that they would give these cars the priority they deserve!
