F1 1988 Soundpack – Released

From montesky comes a soundpack for carrera.4′s Formula One 1988 mod for rFactor. The pack adds new sounds to the cars which share one base sound in the original version. Below is a preview video of what to expect as well as the download link.

    I think he forgot the .sfx file. These will not work with the default .sfx

    You are right. It doesnt work for me either. I wonder who to contact. rFactor Central?

    Well, there’s a new upload at rFactor Central and you get sound sort of. In mie opinion, it’s terrible. The sound doesnt really come on unitl about 6,000 rpm and building up to 6,000, there are periods of silence. I swear, it seems like EVERY mod, add-on or whatever that is released now has some major flaw where you spend much time trying to solve the problem. And dont give me that “it’s free” stuff. If I were releasing something with my name on it, I’d want to make sure it worked before releasing it.
