Endurance Series Mod – Night Previews

Enduracers have released a bunch of new high-resolution preview shots of their Endurance Series Mod for rFactor.

The shots show the Prototypes & GTs racing at Mid Ohio and Montreal, mainly in a classical endurance racing night atmosphere.

Endurance Series will contain both prototypes and GTs from high profile sports car series like the American Le Mans Series, the FIA GT and the Le Mans 24 Hours. The mod will be released in several packs, every pack will include cars of all four classes and several series & years.

Very nice. I hope the lights are up to it, most mods don’t have great lights on non-lit tracks.

So it looks like the v1 car set is likely to include:
LMP1: Zytek
LMP1: Euskadi
LMP2: RS Spyder
GT1: C6.R
GT1: DBR9
GT2: 996 RSR
GT2: 997 RSR
GT2: Panoz GT2
GT2: Spyker C8

No F430 on the screenshots for quite a while. :(

You forgot the Courage C65 in LMP2.

Pretty neat mix, should be good for some nice multi-class racing. LMP2 won’t be much of a battle though, the RS Spyder will probably be right on the tail of the LMP1s.

You forget the RS Spyder P2 in your list. As for battle, in the v1 the C65 will be a little pushed up in order to keep battle in category, and will get back at his real performance together with SP1 release (including new P2 cars). This is a decision in order to avoid cars being putted to bin right after the release and to please everybody.

Please, consider adding ‘equalising ballast upgrade’ for online leagues to make ALL the cars equally competetive. I’m hoping to see all of them racing when I launch my league based on this mod.

What do you mean by all car competitive ? All cars of each categories of the mod are competitive to each others.
