Endurance Series – First BMW M3 GT2 Previews

Enduracers have released new previews of a brand new car in their Endurance Series mod – The BMW M3 GT2.

Just like the Aston Martin DBR1 shown off last December, the car won’t be added to the rFactor version of Endruance Series as the team is currently on the lookout for a new modding platform.

Making its debut in 2009, the M3 GT2 is BMW’s weapon of choice for GT2/GTE class competition. The car was extremely successful, winning the Nürburgring 24 Hour race and several American Le Mans Series championships.

    Why not Rf1… Waiting several time for releasing of another game?, come on! seems not too difficult to add the car as addon!! Please!

    I´m sure someone did this car as a addon for this mod already……and the Lola to, if they will not release it for RF1 so be it, we all stick to “underground” mod activity……

    I have seen the “someone addon” and does not match enduracers quality and solid feel with other cars graphics/sounds FFB…

    I want them to release some “old” Gts as Porche 993 GT2, Ferrari 550 Marcos Lm, Bmw GTR, the 2000′s GTs era suits OK for their releases.. Ohh i’m dreaming sorry i suppose they don’t fit race specifications to their mod.

    For the record, Aston Martin DBR1 is a 1959 Le Mans winning car. The one you must have meant is often referred to as Aston Martin DBR1-2, its official name is Lola-Aston Martin B09/60.

    Doesn’t the second screenshot look VERY AC’ish?
    I hope AC gets the Enduracers on their side and they leave rF2 behind.

    my favourite mod from rf1, so i can’t wait to see this, be it AC or RF2, i will be giddy when it finally arrives. kinda of leaning towards rf2 though, not sure why.

    At the moment I would also prefer rF1 because rF2 still needs lot of work.
    But in the long run (well, a really long run..) it’s probably better to abandon this old platform because eventually, both rF2 and AC will kick asses :P
