Endurance Racing X – Bayro Cockpit Preview

UnitedRacingDesign has released a new preview of their Endurance Racing X payware mod for rFactor 2, showing the cockpit of the Bayro E5 GT.

The pre-order phase for the mod will start soon as the Bayro will be the first car to be made available to customers, the car is scheduled to be joined by four other car models in the GT class afterwards, one of them will be free for everyone to enjoy.

Endurance Racing X will come with cars in three different classes, featuring both big and small prototypes as well as GT class, mimicking a successful international sports car racing series.

The cars will be sold in packs selling for less than five Euros, the team is also working on matching tracks for the mod. Users who don’t want to spend any money can look forward to a freebie as well.

I want to spend money, just not what they like to ask for. Just wanted to make that clear.

Seems acceptable to me! Whole thing is they are still bound by rF2 graphics and that cockpit view ain’t all that when I have better in titles from 2005.

The fake DTM is about 15$ for 3 cars, and it’s unlicensed. GSC is 10$ more and offers so much more. It’s not that it’s a lot of money, it’s more about the content/price ratio.

I hope they make a full package with tracks and stuff, that will be very interesting.

I am not the one who downvoted you to avoid confusion but what is confusing is what I am reading in your post here and what the article says conflict.

How about you shove it and if you don’t like it you just keep quiet and move on.
Nobody forces you to buy it. virtualR just posts about it cause it can be interesting to some of us.
I have to actually say just cause of you and your hating on URD while feeling the need to constantly keep plugging GSC will keep me away from buying GSC no matter how good it is.

        How interesting.

      • Realkman666

Have you tried GSC by now?

Sorry to be a bore, a cynic, an all-round over-critical arse even.. but I’m still not interested in paying for mods and I’ll definitely be giving this a miss.

When you compare stuff that’s coming out on rF2 with some of the garbage on rF1, you have to understand that quality will come at a price.

I understand the concept, but in this case don’t want to be party to it. There are other ‘mods’ out there that would embarrass this one yet have been given to you for free, so I fail to see why this deserves my money more than those. I haven’t and still wouldn’t charge for my contributions, but each to his own.

      • Realkman666

Sure, but I’d just like to see another Reiza spring up from rF2.

Seems like a good deal at 10 euros for the GTs. I’m gonna save my money for the prototypes, but I certainly won’t be an early adopter of this. I want security in my investment, I want to make sure other people are interested in racing these. If a flurry of leagues appear running ERX, then sign me up! :)
