DRM Mod – New Preview Video

The DRM Modding Team has released a new preview video of their upcoming DRM Mod for rFactor, showing a full field of spectacular Group 5 racing cars in action.

The team is making great progress with the mod and has started fine-tuning their work already. We still have to wait a few more months for the release though as the team is spending a lot of time on getting the details right. Extensive testing will ensure a good balance between the cars, making the mod suitable league usage. Every car model with come with unique physics and tire & suspension data, the physics will be compatible to both RealFeel and LeoFFB.

The new version of the DRM Mod for rFactor will include several different models from the legendary Deutsche Rennsport Meisterschaft. Aside from new cars such as the M1 Turbo, the Lancia or the Ford Capri, the mod also includes reworked versions of the already-released cars like the BMW 320 Turbo. The DRM Modding Team plans to release the mod in early 2011 for rFactor, regardless if rFactor 2 is being released in the meantime or not.

    Even the current version is great, this update will be magnificent. But not many leagues won’t use it, people only want to drive easy mods :(

    I only wish i could express myself well enough to do this justice ,GT5 and Forza devs are not a patch on these and other modders.Cannot wait for this to be released.

    I can only agree with you Commodore, it’s a shame that this mod has never gotten more attentioon, but that will hopefully change now that the Lancia is added I have not been simracing for months as I only do historic mods so I hope that this mod will at least get a few weeks of release activity.
