Grozni, Cool, please share your settings with us. I was going to use my E21 LeoFFB settings as a baseline.

Also, Leo's works with every mod, but it requires just as much customization per mod as RealFeel, if not more. Many people never touch Leo's settings from mod to mod, but that's unrealistic. Leo's is set up at default to run with the 2007 BMW Sauber F1 mod. Those settings aren't anywhere near realistic if you're running a Renault Megane, 1979 F1 car or DRM BMW.

I've tried Leo's extensively, and it simulates grip forces very well. But it doesn't simulate forces acting on a car's suspension at all, as it's based on tire grip. So you're forced to resort to the canned suspension forces in the default ISI engine used in rFactor, which are HORRIBLE. I'd rather use ISI's tire grip model -- which isn't great, either -- with properly modeled, subtle suspension forces than proper tire grip simulation with completely canned suspension forces. To each their own! :)

My big problem with realreal is that in real life you can't drive your car using your thumb and your pinkie on the steering wheel. To me realfeel converts my steering wheel to a limp noodle. Most race cars, even 125cc shifter karts require quit a bit of force to turn the wheel. The exception being Nascar where I've heard Dale Earnhardt Jr himself say that the FFB in iRacing is very comparable to real life in terms of force required to turn the wheel. The COT has quite a bit of power steering assist.

For everyone that is complaining about lack of realfeel support, you guys should try Leo's FFB plugin. For the majority of mods, I feel that leo's is superior in almost every respect. It gives me a better sensation on when the car is about to break away and the level of FFB strength feels a lot more realisitc. The only tweak I make to Leo's ini file is to increase the FFB strength to 5.0. The other big advantage is that Leo's works with every mod, unlike realfeel, where the mod has to be made with realfeel compatibility.

Sounds strange, i just drove few laps with Riley and i think that i had FFB around 10-13(?) and it wasn't too heavy.
(With G25).

PK, thanks to some LeoFFB settings I got from you I got a half decent feeling out of the old E21s. Still not on par with HistorX though. Speaking of FFB. I decided to give iRacing a spin in the new DPs. The FFB blows chucks compared to RealFeel and HistorX. It is WAY to heavy. Even with FFB in the game as low as 4. It gets light when the front breaks but that is it. No self aligning torque like you get with RealFeel/HistorX.

tigeraid that would have been cool. soo many individual mods of cars that could go great if put together with other mods.
Means i would have to change my wheel settings for this, i typically have 500 degrees and sequential shifter setup for historix stand alone, where as my main rfactor directory is like 315 degrees and paddle shifters..
