Culmone67 has worked his magic on the FSONE 2008 track pack, part of the FSONE 2008 Formula One mod for rFactor.
His texture pack includes improved textures for Bahrain, Barcelona, Istanbul, Montreal & Valencia.
Important: To use these textures, make sure to have the FSONE 2008 track pack installed.

Virtua_LM has released the Fuji Speedway for rFactor, adding a historical one of Japan's most important race tracks to the simulation. Based on the version released for F1 Challenge, the track has been extensively modified and revamped to make most of rFactor's graphic engine. Back in December, a new simulation software studio opened its doors as Reiza Studios officially picked up business. Now, the studio has revealed their first project, announcing the Formula Armaroli race car for rFactor. Made in co-operation with Armaroli Simulators, the Formula Armaroli car is a fictional open-wheel race car modelled after 80s Formula One machinery. Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Really? I had absolutely no clue.. the pack is linked on rFc, that’s where I found it.
Will remove the download link, I hope you´re okay with the link to Culmone’s textures staying in place.

I have no problem with the texture updates. But FSOne and others requested permission to include my track and i said no.
I said they can feel free to link to the track in its original place, but you do not repackage other peoples work with out permission! It’s bad for version control and frankly I dont want my track included with a bunch of simbin ripoffs.
It is quite clearly stated on the rFc profile for Montreal that track pack permissions are denied.

The problem with this update, is all tracks seems to have exactly the same colors.

Yes tried the Culmone67 texture updates, for some of the tracks supplied with rfactor, and went back to the SLN textures, which looks much better.

Still some work to do at the Barcelona circuit. Large improvements, but most of the gravel-parts have to be asphalt. I went to the F1 Gp of Spain last weekend so maybe I can send you some pic’s and vid’s from turn 9 to 14 ! Send me pm to billy095@hotmail.com and I will send you the pics and vids ;)
