The history of the Champ Car World Series finally came to an end last weekend at Long Beach. After merging with the IRL, the very last event of the series is in the books, making it a thing of the past.

There is no better way to honour a fine series than with a good rFactor mod and iDT has taken up that challenge. Their Champ Car 2007 mod seems to be making very good progress judging by the rfactorcentral progress bar, the team has also released two new screenshots below.
