RMi has released their authorised conversion of iDT’s Champ Car World Series 2005-2006 mod for GTR2. Originally created for rFactor, the mod brings all cars of the 2005 and 2006 Champ Car seasons to GTR2.
The mod comes with a optional GTR2 gear mod that adds the seventh gear and the real-life ratios to GTR2. If you have the rFactor version of the mod, you can save some downloading by getting the base-pack and copy the sound over. Additional high-res skins for all cars are also available.

Looks and sounds great.
But… no AI cars left the pits in practice or quali.
Also the t-cam and the on board cameras could be improved.
I`m about to go to race now so lets see if the AI want to take part in that.

Other than that damn gearing patch, this mod is fantastic. Great sound, great graphics, great feel. But every time I have to use the gear patch, it removes my Advanced Garage! :(

Can someone help me out i downloaded the champcar mod for gtr2 and i get no wheels in cockpit view!
no ai come out on track!
