The Red Bull Formula One team has released a new video, showing Australian F1 driver Mark Webber on-board the team’s motion simulator, showing us a lap around the 2010 version of the Bahrain International Circuit, venue of 2010’s first F1 Grand Prix.
2010 will be the first year that the Formula One Grand Prix will be using the longer endurance layout of the track, the new variant was first used during the 2006 Bahrain 24 Hour race and includes nine new turns.
Like four other Formula One teams, Red Bull uses the Pro-version of rFactor for their simulator that is used for driver and crew training and other tasks.
Team SRM has released several new previews of their Formula One 1990 mod project for rFactor, showing us the 1990 version of the French Paul Ricard track as well as the cockpit of the French AGS chasiss driven by Gabriele Tarquini and Yannick Dalmas.

[VtCl] tatinos has released a first beta of his rFactor conversion of Team CREW’s Formula One 1975 mod for F1 Challenge.
The beta already includes all cars of the 1975 season and comes with two sets of physics, one with realistic values and one that allows easier handling for those having problems keeping these beasts on the road.
Originally released for F1 Challenge by Team CREW, the mod brings all the action of the 1975 F1 season to rFactor, featuring legendary drivers such as Emerson Fittipaldi, Carlos Reutemann, Jacky Ickx and Niki Lauda.

FVRFactor has released their 2010 Australian V8 Supercars mod for rFactor, bringing the current season of the popular touring car series to the simulation.
The mod contains all V8-powered Ford Falcon and Holden race cars and drivers of the 2010 season that receently kicked off at Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.
FVR V8 2010 comes with brand new & scratch-made models, sounds, skins and RealFeel-compatible physics, making it a must try for touring car fans. Initially released for rFactor, the mod will also be converted to several Simbin titles later on.
International Pro-Modding has released a new preview video of their FSONE Formula One 2009 mod for rFactor, showing us a complete lap around Spa Francorchamps in the Toyota TF109.
The TF109 was one of the few cars to feature the controversial double-diffuser at the beginning of last year’s season, helping the team to several podium finishes and poles. Despite shwoing early promise, the TF109 will go down in history as Toyota’s last Formula One car as the Japanese manufacturer has left the series at the end of the 2009 season.

rFactor video maker stabiz has released a new preview video of HistorX upcoming new rFactor mod, showing us impressive drifting footage of the Lotus Cortina.
Built between 1963 and 1970, the Cortina was the result of collaboration between Ford and Lotus. The high-performance car enjoyed tremendous success in both rallying and road racing.
Using GT Legends as a base, the Historic GT & Touring Car mod for rFactor proved to be one of the most popular releases for the simulation. The second version of the mod will be bringing many popular racing cars from the past to rFactor, including the Ferrari 330, the Porsche 904, the Aston Martin DB4 and many others.
There are plenty of plugins for Image Space Incorporated’s rFactor simulation but arguably none as important as RealFeel.

Polle has put together a big set of edited & unedited previews, showing off Alless’ Audi R15 TDI Le Mans Prototype that will soon be coming to GTR2 and rFactor.
Introduced in 2009, the R15 is Audi’s second Diesel prototype for the Le Mans 24 Hours. The V10-powered car won its debut outing at the Sebring 12 Hours but failed to match the speed of the Peugeot 908 at Le Mans, making it Audi’s first LMP since the R8 that has not won the 24 hour classic at its first attempt.

Located on the Italian Island of Sicily, the 72 kilometer track is one of the most epic motorsport race tracks ever used. As safety concerns became an influence in international motorsports, the Targa Florio sports car race lost its world championship status and is still run as an Italian rallye today.
The Simco Modding Team has released a new preview video of their Formula Two mod for rFactor, showing an on-board lap around Oschersleben. The team is busy finishing up the final tasks as the mod has been announced to be released on March 15th.
Launched in 2009, The FIA Formula Two Championship is meant to provide young drivers with a chance to compete in top-tier motorsport. The series uses a standard chassis built by Williams, the cars are powered by Audi engines that put out 400hp.
The cars offer a boost-feature that extends the car’s power to 450hp for up to six seconds, ten times during a race. The young series made headlines for all the wrong reasons when young Henry Surtees suffered fatal injuries during a Formula Two race at Brands Hatch during the series’ maiden season.

VLN 2009 by Team NLC – Massive Batch of Renders

F1 2010 – First Developer Video Trailer Released
As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

Fuji Speedway by Virtua_LM – New Previews
Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification.
Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988.
Even though the track was slowed down with two chicanes during the 80s, speeds on the track remained very high thanks to the 1.5 kilometer main straght - The longest in motorsports.
