Bucharest Ring 0.9 Beta – Released

Last weekend, the FIA GT series visited Bucharest for the second time since 2007, racing on the tight streets around the gigantic Palace of the Parliament.

Alexease has been working on Europe’s newest street circuit for rFactor, basing it on Google Maps data. Sadly, he has discontinued working on the track, his 0.9 beta version has been released for download though. If you like street circuits, you should definitely check it out.

Maybe somebody wants to finish up the project, if you do please make sure to ask for permission first. Those of you who are unsure of what to expect, check out the preview video below.

    Cool, watched the race on tv on sunday and i thought this would be a great track to have. I hope the author will allow someone to convert it to GTR2 and GTR EVO :mrgreen:

    Ah well, I still reccomend it for all street circuit enthusiasts and not only! we can only hope some skilled mapper can continue work on it. :sad:
