After making its way to rFactor, the BMW M1 Procar 1979-80 mod by BITDT is now available for GTR2 thanks to scca1981.
The mod brings you the legendary BMW M1 as it was raced in support of Formula One, driven by many legendary drivers including the likes of Hans Stuck, Nikki Lauda and many more. It includes two seasons of the Procar championship, giving you plenty of bimmers to choose from.

Jessica, Darin & Shaun of InsideSimRacing.tv were recently joined by Image Space Incorporated's Gjon Camaj who visited the guys for an interview in an upcoming SRT episode. As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988. i really like this one for rfactor
So this was a nice surprice and a surprice it was. The engine sound that are so good in rfactor is gone 
Where is the Screaming sound off the straight six. Otherwise its a good idea to convert this to GTR2 but imho its not finnished yet.

I like the way the car drives but it does seem lacking in the sound department – especially on upshifts. Also, is there no damage?

it was converted from an early beta.. I did not have time to reconvert the mod yet. The BITDT guys just wanted to get it released for now. Patch coming soon.
