LcR has released the Autodromo di Franciacorta for rFactor, adding a popular Italian trackday & testing circuit to the simulation.
The scratch-made track has been made with Bob’s Track Builder, textures have been supplied by well-known 2d artist culmone67.
Located in Itlay’s Lombardy region, the Autodromo di Franciacorta is 2.5 kilometers in length and a popular testing venue for many Italian car magazines and other club-level motorsport activity such as track days.

As promised, Codemasters have just released the first of their developer diary videos, introducing us to some of their staff and showing off first-ever moving footage of F1 2010 for the PC, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Virtua_LM has released new previews of another stunning track creation for rFactor, showing us new shots of the Japanese Fuji Speedway in late 80s specification. Located near the famous Mount Fuji in Oyama, Japan, Fuji Speedway was opened in 1963. The track was a popular venue for sports car races as the track was part of the FIA World Sports Car Championship for Group C prototypes from 1982 to 1988. Even though the track was slowed down with two chicanes during the 80s, speeds on the track remained very high thanks to the 1.5 kilometer main straght - The longest in motorsports. [nggallery ...
