Alless has released his Audi R15 TDI for GTR2, adding Audi’s current Le Mans Prototype challenger to the simulation.
Introduced in 2009, the R15 is Audi’s second Diesel prototype for the Le Mans 24 Hours. The V10-powered car won its debut outing at the Sebring 12 Hours but failed to match the speed of the Peugeot 908 at Le Mans, making it Audi’s first LMP since the R8 that has not won the 24 hour classic at its first attempt.
The R15 features several revolutionary aerodynamic elements, some of which caused a big controversy in the sports car world as competitors Peugeot and Aston Martin officially protested against the R15’s front bodywork, causing the ACO to change the rules for the upcoming 2010 season.

**how to see the wheels in open cockpit**
Go to your main GTR2 folder / UserData / Your Name / Your Name.PLR (open using notepad) / (ctrl+f) and search using this line :”Wheels Visible In Cockpit=”0″, Change the “0″ to “1″ and save.

Beautifly done. I had the chance to be in Sebring 2009 for the debut. I helped to push the car to garages after victory. Then I went to Le Mans and unfortunately saw the defeat by Peugeot.
Nicely done. The engine sound is exactly as I remember. How you made it?
The car is perfect. I was missing it in my Le Mans 09 grid. Thank you.
Just one small detail. The vertical LEDs of the rear light in the tails are more visible during the night as red dots, clearly separated.
