Racing Line Developments has released a bunch of new preview shots of their Audi R10 TDI Le Mans Prototype project for rFactor. We get to see the car’s steering wheel as well as the R10 in the famous Crocodile Livery that Audi used on the R8 at Adelaide in 2000.
The mod will include all R10 TDI liveries as run at Le Mans, the Le Mans Series and the American Le Mans Series as well as liveries adapted from the car’s successor, the R8.
Making its debut at the 12 Hours of Sebring 2006, the Audi R10 is the first Diesel-powered Le Mans Prototype to win all prestigious sports car racing events including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 12 Hours of Sebring, the Petit Le Mans as well as the American Le Mans Series and Le Mans Series overall championships.

Speaking of the R10. Everyone should check out Truth in 24. It is a movie/documentary made by NFL Films about Audi’s victory at LeMans in 2008. It is supposed to be an amazing movie. It airs on ESPN this Friday at 8:00PM (EST). It is also in HD if you have it. I am going to have to record it because I will be at the 12 hours of Sebring.. Yippee!!
