SiMCO & Emerico (known from the GP2 2008 mod) are working on bringing us the 2008 A1 Grand Prix series for rFactor.
In A1GP, nations compete against nations as every participating country enters one car for a driver of their nationality. Until 2007, A1GP utilised a Zytek-powered Lola chassis which has now been switched to a brand new Ferrari package. The car is based on the F2004 and powered by 600hp Ferrari V8 engine.
The mod will include all teams that are due to compete in the 2008-2009 season, including the powerboost-system which is one of A1GP’s distinctive features.

I can only advice you to remove all A1 GP logos and make it as a fictional mod, i remember 1 team did an A1 GP mod in the past and was forced to remove it and got some troubles.
Good luck.

Yep, A1GP is extremely strict in these matters so I second that advise. Keep the A1GP logo on it and in no time you’ll have their lawyers in your mailbox.

Looks great, but I would advise to remove all text and images containing A1GP (so also including this comment lol), because otherwise it will be banned. It isn’t even aloud to just talk about it at RSCforum

Why did they removed A1Gp from rFactor Central?

The author said in youtube, that the mod work is stopped too. I guess copyright issues or something like that.
